I don"t see why not, but it probably gives an officer probable cause to pull you over and check everything else. I've had a beach patrol and a FWC officer question my empties in a cooler...then said OK when I showed they were NA
is it legal to drive around with an open na beer in fla?
No different than a root beer. So, yes.
"Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. Amen."
NA berr, as stated, is an alcoholic drink. It can not be sold to minors and I would not drive around with an open container myself. The expense of proving I might be right would not be worth it.

NA Beer is not NA. Read the label. It is a definitional thing to be able to use NA on the label and in advertising.

First question, can you drive with an open can of beer? Answer there is obvious, the open container law saws no open alcoholic beverage.
But is NA beer an alcoholic beverage? The answer of course lies in the state statues

(4)(a) "Alcoholic beverages" means distilled spirits and all beverages containing one-half of 1 percent or more alcohol by volume.
so if NA beer has more than 0.5% or more of alcohol by volume, then you can't drive with it open
Here's a list of NA beer
