  Armstrong or garelick, both have multiple mounts available for different mounting needs.

  I have gone thru garelick, what examples do you think would work? I'll check out the Armstrong. Thanks

  Armstrong would need storage or stick up above the transom during travel, neither are what I want.

  Theres always the Res-q retractable ladders if your not opposed to cutting a hole in the transom.
