Yes it has been press released :

Funny thing is it's an election year and I notice it says campaign in this link to the NOAA info.:shrug

I hope they don't think giving us a couple more days this year is going to make us forget the incumbents ain't been fixing this broken system, when we head into the voting booth.:nono

I say......I say son.......new & improved my tail feathers.

it would be easier to make a determination of your condemnation if your link worked.

It worked for me earlier as I tried it after I posted. Lets try this one:

Maybe copy and paste to your browser. And I didn't "condemn" anything. I just found it odd that after I clicked on the link they provided on their mass emailing this afternoon, that up in my browser it had the url that started with the campaign heading.:shrug

Atlantic stock must be booming too. You guys got 9 weekend days. Hope the weather doesn't suck for your side.

Its only 8 days, the last weekend is only Friday and Saturday......They had to keep it one less that
the GOM. We have been seeing schools of free ranging ARS following and feeding along weed lines
off our east coast recently, though the bottom still has its ever growing population. The trip this pic
is from out of Port Canaveral found schools like this from 60' to 170' waters. Each school was found
by idling up on surface bait pods, and then having these fish come up to the boat! Fish averaged
28" to 32" and at least a hundred per school.

So yeah, they are booming! The season comes with the disclaimer that it will take a Hurricane or
named tropical storm for the NMFS to even consider rescheduling due to weather. Guess they
consider all other weather safe enough to go fishing in?

Wow, they're SO generous letting us keep ONE red snapper but wait, there's MORE, if you act now, you can catch and keep a red snapper of ANY size, that's right, you can keep any 8" red snapper of your choice to show off to your friends. Thank you NOAA, I'm going to invite the neighbors over for a fish dinner!
