    Not what I thought this topic would be about. Never heard of that particular program, but have seen others like it. Yeah, it's great if you run a small high-dollar restaurant where you use fresh ingredients and pretty much don't worry about food cost, which is the bane of most executive chefs' existence. Aside from that, I have always envied people with a good imagination for new things, be it a food dish or anything else, for that matter.

    i agree with Rat. i like the show, but really like the shows that reflect normal daily living and cooking, using spices and seasoning that normal folks have in the cabinet. new twists on everyday food available at the local food store or seasonally grown at home.
