  I know there's a fishing camp in big pine key. I've never been to it but it's on the water. I pass it on the way to
  My house. I know there's threads of the fishing camp on here you just gotta search for it. Tight lines!

  My first choice would be Bahia Honda State Park, second would be Knights Keys Campground in Marathon. We have tried them all through the years, but my kids grew up on vacation at these two.

  long key sp or fiesta key. When do you plan on going? Summer? RV or tent? I've tent camped with my kids in the keys once, been there many time after but in a place with A/C, like a condo or hotel.

  Long Key SP, Currie Hammock SP, Bahia Honda SP, Sunshine Key (aka Ohio Key) Campground http://www.rvonthego.com/florida/sunshine-key-rv-resort-marina/, Knight's Key. All good for kayak and flats nearby. Sunshine Key is pricey for a campground.

  I like KOA on Surgarloaf Key. It is very kid friendly with showers and even a little concession. If you want primitive than Bahia Honda.
