Liner for rodholder on poling platform

Flatwater witchFlatwater witch Posts: 606 Officer
Lost the liner from my poling platform rodholder.
Anyone have a mfg, part number etc??

I had siliconed them in but was not enough.
How is everyone securing them?

Also saw the thread on locking the backrest in place so when people lean on the corners they don't end up swimming.
Anyone try c-clamps?
Drill hole in legs under bench seat and use bolts and wing nuts??

Thanks..........

Either you are mechanically inclined ore your not. The fact you had to ask told me that you can not do it. Its ok, not every one has this ability. Some people just have to pay.

After 70 views and no responses,I called Frank for a manufacturer and part number so I could purchase.
Frank said, "don't worry about it, I'll send you one."

Being an Egret owner has its benefits.

Did Frank have any suggestions about how to keep the liner from coming out? I've almost lost mine several times when someone new on my boat has pulled the rod out of the holder while a tarpon is smoking it for the horizon.
