  Good day right there. It has been pretty scarce lately. A few months ago we had a killer day. 8 dolphin, 5 black fins, 3 sails, and two kings.

  I've caught 40 or 50 in a day, but never with that size at the same time...Good Jpb !

  buddy and me caught 21, 12# to 39# off a blue 55gal drum out of PE in his 26 Robalo...BUT

  Won a tournament with a 57, 44, 41, 6 in the 30's, 10 in the 20's, and countless teens. We were at our limit, but it was a total weight tournament, so they had to die. Not particularly proud of it. We had live bait while everyone around us was trolling ballys.

  Is 9 in one day really that rare down here, or just 9 big fish?
  
  My best dolphin day we bailed them for hours, released probably 20:1... and still came home with over 30 fish. All found under a commercial net that was drifting free, and had a ton of debris in it.

  9 dolphin is not unusual, however I would be thrilled with those fish, especially in a tourney. Usually when we get a bunch its a couple big ones and the rest not even gaffers.
