Peacock Bass Success - Thanks to forum tipsters

Couple of weeks ago, I posted about wanting to go and catch a few peacock bass down in the Miami Canal system. I'm from up north and several of you were very kind to give up some tips and locations to try. Well last week I took a day for a little adventure and caught a few! They might not be the biggest but it was still a blast! Thanks for the tips folks!

Basically I caught everything at 88th and 137th in Kendall. I tried the corner to the culvert behind the Lowes?Upick with no luck but found a bunch stacked up at the culvert that runs under 88th. Fished on the north side, there's an apartment complex with parking right there for easy walking.
Saw a bunch of other species and but the Peacocks were the only thing interested. White marabu jig and gold speckled terroreyez got them chewing.
