What would you do?

Don't know that I would do anything different than I'm doing now as my Chemo Doctor only gives me six months to a year if the chemo treatments don't put my throat cancer into remission. I would still try to spend as much time with my wife and family and go fishing and ride my motorcycle as much as possible. Everybody would spend it as they think would be best for them or panic and be a basket case. My grandfather died of cancer and always said every day you get up and the grass is green and not the roots is going to be a good day.

I hate to hear that. I wish you and your family well.

Off The Clock, good luck with your treatment. My wife just went through lung cancer surgery at Christmas but we received the news last week that she would not have to get chemo or radiation treatment. We know she's very fortunate.

You had better do it at 72 hours, 59 minutes and 58 seconds.

No reason to waste anytime at the hospital.

    Heavy. I hope you kick it's ****.

My dad went from diagnosed to no longer with us in 4 months, and unfortunately it wasn't good time since radiation and chemo took everything out of him all in the hopes to add not many more months than that. Everyone reacts different and it sounds like you still are able to get out and enjoy life.

Again I hope you take it to it and live a long and happy life (which you may have already done, I don't know how old you are).

If only 73 hours I'd go chase the biggest swell I could get to, wife along my side until it was time to paddle out.
