  You'll get better at cleaning fish the more often you do it. I will say, however, those standard fillet knives are terrible. Gotta get something that isn't so bendy. IMO, those bendy fillet knives, are an accident waiting to happen.

  youtube is a great tool to learn how to filet diff species.
