Friday Night Captain's Platter

Having a bunch of family over tonight including three growing boys ages 8-15. Beef tenderloin and three pork tenderloins quickly seared over olive oil and now being smoked on Weber over pecan wood. The recipe is called Drunk and Dirty Tenderloin (see below). The marinade is really awesome. From the book Smoke and Spice. Give it a try!
