Navionics App and Android phones

Is there a way to transfer or sync my way points and routes from my Lowrance Touch 12 with Navionics Platinum chart chip into my Samsung S4 Android phone at this time?

    Not at this time. As more and more plotters become integrated with wifi, they can then (at some point) support PlotterSync...which will allow seamless transfer of such data between the plotter and handheld/tablet.

    Is there a way to upload my way points and routes from my SD card from my computer using the web app then sync that to my mobile phone app?
