  My new drink is vodka with calorie-free cream soda. Sounds a little different, I know. We get the Zevia brand that uses all natural sweeteners (stevia). I was a beer drinker and enjoyed trying different American craft beers, especially Florida breweries. Once I quit drinking beer regularly I lost about 15lbs.

  Grilled burger with a handful of jalapenos on top covered in provolone cheese, some green beans and a dill pickle. Good low carb dinner.

  I can't move right now. Hit the seafood buffet at RedTail. Crawfish, fried fish, blacked grouper, jumbo shrimp, snow crab clusters, hush puppies, beef burgundy, corn on the cob, orange cake, carrot cake, chocolate something cake and cold Yuengling

  My father is a salesman for a major food distributor in the area and we tried out a restaurant that is a new account of his. All you can eat fried catfish was my meal. I ate so much I am still up waiting for it to settle before going to bed. Of course I am also monitoring the weather.
