DPMS LR-.308 AR-10

I have a lightly used AR-10 (.308) rifle made by DPMS it has a 24 inch bull barrel with spiral flutes. Barrel is threaded and has a muzzle break. Has a Jewell trigger 2 stage, free float alum. Forearm comes with one mag. This gun shoot amazing and shoots a 1/4 MOA at 100 yards . Be more than happy to meet you at the range to show you. I will send pictures on request text me at 229-894-0097 or email me at [email protected] not looking for any trades unless its just a really great deal. only reason i'm looking to get rid of this gun is because i want to build a rifle. this gun has about 200 rounds through it with me being the second owner i bought it from a very close friends due to hard times he had to sell and i bought it. he hardly shot it anyways. let me know if i can answer any questions thanks again for looking

    What scope is on it..???

Nothing impressive as far as optics. It came with some cheap mildot scope and that's what's stayed on there. I had big plans for the gun but I never use I sO I havnt dumped money into it other than stock, bipod, etc. I'll get some pictures up but I had a thread on here with a picture of the gun from their website

Maybe man depends this one is ready to shoot and it'll shoot I can make all 5 shots touch at 100 and 200 yards haven't shot it any further out that that I just don't want to get a gun and have to dump money into to get it to my likens but let me see a picture man thanks

If you're asking me what scope is on mine? The scope is not included in the deal I'm keeping the scope and rings simply because I have too much in the rings and scope to ask for what I need to get so I'm letting the gun only go. I'm gonna need a scope for my next gun

    Too bad it's not a 260. I'm looking for a DPMS LR-260.

But not all the way out to 1000+ yds. The 260 is a much better cartridge for 800+ yd shooting. The LR-308 a great gun for 800 yds and less.

I'm pretty sure this .308 along with any other 308 will touch 1000 easy . It has a 24 inch barrel with a 1-10 twist.

As much as I love my 26" .308 Remington, there are better rounds for reaching to 1000 yards, that fly flatter and stay supersonic all the way out. .308 goes subsonic somewhere around 800, plus had a very parabolic path. It is not the rifle, it is the round. That is Onewolf's point I do believe.

what bullet are you shooting out of it with such good results.....168 or 175 match....or hand loads . the 175s are much better for down range performance and do perform quite well out to a 1000 yrds......but there are better
