Turkey Pot Pie

Use your leftover turkey for this
items needed
Bag of peas and carrots ( small) or mixed veggies
box of chicken stock
2 pie shells - store bought is ok

cornstarch and water(cornstarch slurry) Thickening agent for clear sauces

thaw veggies , place chicken stock in medium pan and start on Medium heat, add veggies and turkey , bring up to a almost boiling , add cornstarch to get desired thickness,( you want it pretty thick)add this mix to the pie shells and bake at 350 degrees (15-20 minutes) until pie shell is a light tan
