For Sale: Like New: Island Hopper Deluxe Kayak trolling motor mount with 10 lb ballast counter weight.
After I attached this mount to my old 14 ft Perception Prism is worked great. The only problem was my body weight of 210 LB. did not leave much load capacity left over for the mount, trolling motor, and battery. In fact, I hit the maximum load limit for my 14 year old kayak at 300 lbs, and I hadn't even added fishing tackle, small cooler, tackle bag, etc. So, basically I cannot use this mount unless I lost about 30 lbs of body weight or bought a larger/wider kayak. This mount was only used once very briefly, and has absolutely no corrosion. I have the original box and instructions. This mount fits into two flush fishing rod holders that are standard on many kayaks. This mount sells for $170 plus $30 shipping.

My Price is $125.00 firm. (local pickup only). I sometimes get up to Broward County, so even if you live in Broward or Palm Beach County we could meet somewhere in-between. If you bring your kayak to my house you can try and see how it would fit.
