I made a batch of smoked beer once....If i do it again I would cut the smoked grain by half. My batch had just too much smoke on it. Wood smoke is a powerful flavor.
Anyone that enjoys the bark off an 8 hour pork butt or a peaty scotch could enjoy the depth of this flavor. It's not for everyone though. The label is deceiving and I'm glad I'm not drinking it with Sunday Breakfast. Much too heavy.
