1/30 Redfish at 1,000 Islands - Cocoa Beach

Decided to take a weekday off of work for a change and join my buddy Joel for a day of fishing at 1000 Islands in Cocoa Beach. The weatherman was calling for wind and he didnt disappoint. JEEZ was it blowing out of the South. We launched at ramp road and headed South where I've had good luck with Reds in the past. After a breezy paddle, we get to our first spot and Joel quickly hooks up a nice red followed by a safe release. Joel fished live shrimp most of the day and I fished Gulp New Penny Shrimp, gold spoon, and a Zara Spook Jr. Fishing was slow due to the high wind. Total for the day was 1 Red and 3 Trout. Enjoy the video.
