Back ribs and a tri-tip

Here's a tri tip and some back ribs hickory smoked at 225 for around 4 hours. Sauce is vinegar/ tomato base. With it is a honey roasted habanero tomatillo salsa that I make.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1359247583.699334.jpg

    I use to buy beef backed ribs all the time. Usually sectioned though. Rarely see them now and the price of the short ribs has gotten ridiculous.
