Costa Rica-Penninsula Papagayo?

Hey guys, question...looking at a 4 night stay at the Four Seasons on the Penninsula Papagayo in May with the wife for my B-Day in May and would like to sneak in at least one day offshore fishing. Anybody you would rec. close to the resort? How about "Billfish Safaris" in the Papagayo Marina??
