Look good so far.
A couple years ago I had a bunch of "extra" hog meat. I made some jerky with a bunch of it and gave quite a bit out to friends around the same time we gave them Christmas cards.
Every year since then they ask if we are making more, lol.
I didn't do anything special with it, just teriyaki flavoring from Bass Pro.
Was good though.
