IMHO 2013 is by far the WORST bait year in last 5+ years
(The bait doesn't even stop at the Juno Pier, green roofs picked over, N rocks is BROWN SLUDGY water this am)
Worst king run in 10+ years
Consolation is that the sharks and snappers are eating the tilapia and gar washing out the inlet...

there all around pier not just under it. i was on a huge school of gogs on wed. and why not goto the peir w/ a live well the day before. you can put them in a pen. putting in time gets the fish.

Monday went out just to look for bait, hillsboro inlet LOADED up with bait. Baby Gogs and descent white bait with some greenies in the mix. was sabiking them for awhile then threw the net once and more than blacked out the livewell. hopefully this is a sign that the bait is gonna be coming back more consistently!

He is either out on the North rocks just north of Jupiter inlet 35-40 ft of water or he keeps his boat at the old seasport marina.

Use the east side, unless you have a large boat with a T top, they were redoing the bridge you have to go under and making it higher so not sure if they are done with it yet, in which case youd have no choice but to use the west side

    Jupiter Inlet Bait Report:
Not much of a report but i was bottom fishing straight out of the inlet in about 60ft of water where there is some great structure. Anyways i marked a huge school of dines, dropped the sabiki rigs and loaded up on 'em. I was using the #6 green beaded rigs. Good luck out there.

We caught greenies about 2 miles south of the St. Lucie inlet in 15 to 20 feet of water on Friday the 28th.

Sorry so late but on 6-29 there were scattered sardines on the norh rocks outside Jupiter inlet. The were mixed in with lots of small flyers and cigar minnows.

We tried south of SLI from 20-40ft zig zag all the way to bullshark without a single bait or boat in sight. It was a ghost town.

Ran south of the inlet sunday made a stop by the bullshark marked one pod of bait but that was it.didnt give it long due to the seas and we already had some mullet we got at sandsprit.seen a sporty west of the bullshark close to the beach though.dont know if he was on bait or not

Thanks! We'll check NE of inlet first then SE if it doesn't produce. Will let you all know whether we find them or not.
