Mosquito Lagoon has clear high water levels and floating grass and yes it has been windy but very productive. I have been fishing shallow water near sand bars and islands and have found schools of Redfish and Trout.

Better than me. I went on Saturday and managed only on 15" trout. Saw exactly 1 redfish cruising down a canal but didn't get a cast... The water is the highest I've ever seen this time of year.
