Sebring Guide Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a guide for the Sebring area for Speck fishing? My dad's 70th birthday is coming up and he said he wanted to catch some specks. We live down in Cape Coral and I heard that the Sebring area is very productive. I don't know the waters up there and think it's going to be much more enjoyable and efficient just to hire a guide. Thanks.

I've caught loads of specks on Lake Istapogha. Seek out a guide from that lake.
