Would these work on a set of Thule roof rack aero blade rails?

I think it will work. I've used this on a hyundai santa fe which has a thicker crossbar the aero blades are thinner and both probably similar width.

Where are you located? Do the carriers come with the mounting hardware? Do you think that the carrier will accommodate a Hobie outback? Thanks
