coming over from scotland

Hi guys my name is Murray I am 46 and coming over from scotland to visit my father who stays in sun city center for the winter I will be over from 24th november for 8 days and am hoping to get a bit of fly fishing in i do a lot for brown and rainbow trout here in scotland and have once in the past fly fished for redfish on the east coast of florida (mosquito lagoon) I have done a little research on the net and see that there is a lot of scope in the area for some good fly fishing opportunities could you guys give me any advice re areas /flies times to fish where i could wade and fly fish fairly close to sun city center i looked on google earth and cockroach bay and apollo beach looked fishy (any good).
Any help/info would be gratefully received
