Was BLESSED to get the call from CNTDR about Bahamas trip!
We had an AWESOME crew w CNTDR (aka "Jiffy" Jeff) lol, Clarke, Jim and E$
Cleared and put em in. 15 minutes in ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!
STUD hoo pushing 50 in the box. Set em back and quiet so we bottom fished, catching a variety of
Muttons, yellowtails, Strawberries, Porgies, and ROCKED UP fby at least 4 BIG Groupas.
Tide gets right and put em back out. DING **** pick up a single about 30lbs abd all hell breaks loos when we hook a triple of WAHOOS 30+!
We boat ALL THREE and are stoked at FIVE for FIVE. Not wanting o be greedy we went to BMC at 3:00 PM and took a dip in pool, had a shower and chilled.
Got up in AM and put out the E$ special!! :huh
15 minutes in we get DUMPED on my 50W!! Clarke is reeling, E$ on leader and JIM sinks the gaff in a STUD 71lb (on the scale) HOO DADDY !!!
:hail. Catch another single (40lb) and go back to bottom fishing. AGAIN big grouper making us look silly, even w 80lb braid. :banghead\
Back to the hoos and it is GAME the F on!! Get a single (30lb) and then a double in mid 30's! I have been experimenting w drag setting and some new tricks and was STOKED to have 10 fish bite and out 10 in the box! We did not want to be greedy so back to the dock at BMC at 3:00 PM for chill afternoon. The food at BMC was great and ICE was a good deal at $5.00 for 25lb basket w 1 FREE basket each day.
Sunday got up, caught some berries and cruised home, what a GREAT trip w a GREAT crew. Thank you soOO much Jeff, Clark, JIM!!
