I have, and even after the court said that I was to be paid, I still had to hire a collection agency to get my money. The result was basically selling my debt to them for 50% of the money awarded and walking away with it while they took over the collection. Even with a judgement, there is still no mechinism in place to get you paid.
It's not like the judge says "Lock them up till they pay" This is not a court fine.
All the court does is confirm you should be paid.

I won a judgement but then it was up to me to collect. A year later I got .50/dollar.

knock on his door hand him a invoice with the current date then file a lien on his house, do the same while he is in the car or at his mothers house his kids house and any other property location he may be at or own. File the liens and let him sort them out. While they may not be valid (other property's) they will grab his attention.

The speaking to him at his home and then filing a lien is a valid notice since you have discussed the bill while on his property thus making it a alienable property while doing business with this person and discussing the monies owed to you and the work you have rendered.

Good for you. My guy went bankrupt and I was lucky to get what I did.
