VIDEO of yesterday – Some good humor in this, fishing with my friend from D.C.

[cut and paste from yesterday (Thursday) Report – Jupiter Inlet Report posted at 2:25PM]

Inlet / Lox water is probably the darkest/worst I’ve ever seen… Think Cuban Coffee (which I like, but not in my fishing area)…

Not a lot of bait at rock piles, but what was there was BIG, nice, very nice, if that’s how it’s going to be this weekend, plan on more time to fill your well.

Hit one of my fave Snapper spots, 65-70ft of water (about 2.5nm ENE of Juno Pier) Water clarity was 10-12 murky feet… Caught some Lanes and Yellowtails and I’m pretty sure a Goliath has moved into the neighborhood as I’ve been stripped about 10 times on my Trinidad TN-20’s, and even on my Penn 50 Wide (bent 3 Owner 7/0’s today) and lost the fish, so I gotta think it’s a big Goliath…

Also, I saw Samana about ¾ to 1 mile further WEST than I was fishing, and they stayed there all day (6 hours that I saw) so, that would imply the bit was good pretty far in… Samana isn’t going to work an area that isn’t productive…

Failed to boat any beast… That’s 3 trips in a row now… LOL…

Good luck to everyone this weekend… I’m heading out Friday as well and will post a report tomorrow afternoon…
