I was in Manalapan working on a boat when that sucker went by. He was definitely down on the deck.
Every now and then when I'm out in the river I'll hear something and look up and see either the Coast Guard C-130 and one of Black Hawks from one the military bases around here. A few weeks ago I was fishing C-23 during a storm and the Hawk was circling around with his spotlight for some reason.
