John's Pass

Was out at john's Pass on Sat night for a quick then grab bait then head back and hit some snook holes with greg. Was at gators and looking down at all the snook was killing me but was with a hottie so couldn't just bail and it went kinda long and around 130am we got done.

It was right about sunset when I got there so she let me grab a few pix from the bridge first

So anyways she left and I decided to try and find bait there and walked across bridge and back and coming back I saw a big mamma snook prob about 45 and of course I have no rod with me so I stand there watching and then 2 more big ones slide in so I rush back to car to get a rod and come back and there was nobody around when I left but by god there was someone right over them when I got back 2 min later lol.

So I stood farther out and big ones where cruising but not interested in anything live or artificial. I walked down to jetty and same thing until sunrise and then there was bait everywhere and macs busting but no snook. So I walked the lil beach part and saw some snook in break line but no takers and saw lots of poons heading in under bridge but just outta reach of course.

Sadly I ended up with one fish
