    I am also partial to the first one. I think the image of the person fishing is what brings it to life. The light from the sun in the second one is harsh to me but still a good shot. Now that I look closer, I can see the person fishing in the second one also but I had to hunt. Definitely the first is the one I like. Thanks for posting.

    The second one is good. Nice work. If you shot it in RAW, brush through the sun about 1.5 to two stops lower to dial it down and it will be superb.

    number 1 is a "wall-hanger"....
    i like it just the way it is although it would be interesting to see it as Craig (WE) suggested...

    for some reason i'd like to see number 2 in B&W run through the topaz B&W plugin...

    but that's just me....
