Anyone fish it on occasion? I'm particularly interested in the sunshine bass / striper population.
What I am looking for is a possible guided trip or reimbursing someone (gas, ice, bait, +) to show me and two other family members how/where to catch the sunshines there. Don't really need an all-day trip -- just a few hours would be fine if we catch some of the target species.
It is a three-hour drive for me, so I've only got one shot to get it right. I'd rather not haul my boat all that way, either.
I am hoping to make the trip within a month of this posting.
Going on a weekday is not out of the question, with enough notice...
