I need a charter boat for 8-10 people in Destin or PCB please...

Hi all,

I have a 20 year college reunion coming up with my buddies at the end of August. They want to get a fishing charter- but the problem I have finding a boat is that we have at least 8 going- perhaps up to 10.

Obviously that limits who we can go with since most charters max at 6.

We could split the crew up, but I'd rather not.

We are staying in the Santa Rosa beach area, so we can go out of PCB or Destin.

Anyone know a good captain who can take 8-10 out?

Thanks!!

Charter boat "Best Bet" out of Panama City would be a good one

I second that on the best bet... Or maybe Seminole Wind. Both in pc.

I believe Seminole Wind is just a 6 pack charter vessesl. Best Bet is USCG approved for at least 10, and I think more.

Relentless. I fish with them during the rodeo every year and never have a bad trip.

Best Bet based simply on the other forum brothers input.

Here is the pic from my trip on the Best Bet last Thursday (9 fished). You can decide. I've been out with them 5 times and this is the average result (500#)

Ah, my bad. I went to the website the other day and read $160 / hr for 6 people...

    http://www.seminolewindfishing.com/pricing.html

Why I did not continue to read and then see, "10% more for each additional person," I do not know.

I stand corrected. He'll take more than 6... which given the pics I've seen over the years woudl make sense.

I think you'd be happy with either boat.
