Hit the park at aout 830 this morning and headed east looking for fins. Plan was to stay between 80-160 today. Started at 100 and within 20 minutes first fin in the box. Also had down a bottom rod and caught a sea bass. Did some running look for life and came across thin weedline and saw a fin working, chunked him close to the boat and fish on. After a few more hours it seemed to quiet down so went in shallow as i am trying to get better at bottom fishing. Caught one more sea bass and called it a day after trying a few more bottom spots.

Ok now time to vent. When we get to Sandspirt in the morning there were a handful of spots that were wasted as people are parking their rigs and taking two spots as they are not trying to straigten them out. I understand that it only takes one person and that is going to put others from getting in straight. I even saw a car that was parked taken trailer spot.....:huh

Nice report! Any size to those fins? I agree, the ramp can get pretty frustrating on a weekend, especially pre-4th of July weekend. Jupiter was BUSY!!

They were nothing huge i think they were measuring around 26" I will be no where near that water on the 4th i can promise you. I think i get fustrated because if people had some common courtest it would not be bad. Same thing when people tie up to the inside docks and block the ramp well they go to get the trailer.

nice report. I always try to go fishing on the weekdays to avoid all the bozos on the weekends. On weekdays double parking is not as bad because there are spots everywhere but if show up late on the weekend 1 wasted spot really sucks.
