I took my wife and son out to the beach to build some sand castles and then get some lunch afterwards. On the way back in we got to the mouth of Mullock creek and there is a slow speed zone when the tide is higher than 2 feet and it was. Came across a FWC officer in the creek righting tickets and warning. He was checking everything from life jackets/whistles to fish in the cooler. He told me they were going to be patrolling the creek until October so if you live on ten mile canal or put in at Mullock Creek marina be careful. He also said he had wrote 9 tickets already and he was only there for a couple hours. Oh and they are issuing tickets for "plowing" too. Be safe

Are you kidding me? So it's not a manatee zone when the tide is below 2'? Wow. That is awful.
Btw, where did you eat lunch?
