G Loomis Service Kudos
Ever since Loomis stopped the Xpediter service, I have been nervous about what kind of warranty they would provide for my Loomis rods. I was putting the heat to a tarpon next to the boat a few weeks ago, and my Cross Current 11wt GLX broke. I sent it in with $20 and an explanation, and today 2 1/2 weeks later a new rod arrived in the mail. They have exceeded my expectations, which I cannot say for some other fly fishing gear companies I have dealt with. I have no affiliation with Loomis, I just thought others might want to know.
