May 25th offshore grouper/hogs

My buddy put our report from the weekend up in divers corner, but I thought Id put it here since we did som grouper trolling as well. First time we got that to work out so was pretty fun. Pardon the bottom halves... We were all collegiate swimmers so no shame in the drag suits. Saw my life flash before my eyes as you can see the gag stuck the plug in my shirt and nearly a much more valuable place, was pretty stuipd to let let happen, could have gotten a big trebble through the thigh. Always comfortable to have a Dr. on the boat

BTW, we may have miss id'ed the spanish vs king but it was 24" as you can see. King or spanish? We guessed spanish because the spots were quite distinct when pulled out of the water, but Im questioning it now. It did have the dip in the lat line.
