Shield your eyes...this could be disturbing...

So, first weekend down in Boca Grande. LOTS of fish in there. Not stacked up as thick as years past where it says 35' deep when you are in 75' of water as but they are everywhere. It was nice because it kept everyone pretty spread out.

Thursday we hooked 3, Friday 7, then the ptts came to town. Hooked 1 on Saturday, ZERO on Sunday, and 2 monday morning by 9:00 am. Hit the party cove adventure Saturday and Sunday which is a good time. The Saturday tournament was ladies day but it was overcast and very windy so wasn't very good sight seeing....Sunday though was gorgeous in the morning and here is what showed up. For you captains that do this for a living, if you have a charter and this shows up, what do you do?????

Hit the near shore reef #'s I have and that was pretty productive each day. Nice cobia, some grouper, no permit though. Got railed a few times by something bigger. It is a nice break from the pass to run out there every once in a while.

Overall, pretty productive. After Friday I was hoping to kill it all weekend but the PTTS agression scattered the fish a lot more and they didn't feed near as well again until Monday.

Tight Lines. Heading back on Friday for a 6 day adventure with the brothers.
