Does anyone know of anywhere to buy used Depth finders or chartplotters...looking to upgrade and cant find anything on the classifieds, ebay or craigslist

I just took a Garmin GPSMAP 545s chartplotter/sounder off my boat. All parts are in the box. Had it installed for about a year. PM me if you are interested.

I think its about $750-$800 new, so I'll take $400.

Just kidding. Mike is a good guy and it is a great unit. I would jump on that purchase.

He asked how to use it and I said it was in the manual. Which it is. If you google searched used electronics you will find eBay where the units are over bid and normally out dated products, or online stores offering this at inflated prices. Maybe somebody could point me in a direction where I could find products in a way I didn't know about. Luckily some member with class decided to help me.I gave my best solution to him(the way I learned to used my first finder)... Thank you for the snark advice though .. It really promotes community.

ima tell you like this, if you dont mind used, then do werk, me personally wouldnt buy used unless you absolutely have to. Electronics are a funny thing used electronics have rarely brought me good luck if you believe in it. save your pennies to get exactly what you want the first go round instead of spending double tryin to find what you want.
