It's one of those spots that looks fishy but isn't. If you work it hard there are some small cudas and occasional snook, jacks and even tarpon, but it's a lot of work for little return. If you try to fish it, head west from the launch and work the shorelines in that main channel and when you turn the corner the east shore sometimes has little snook at higher tides.
