Stayed in our friends condo on 23rd st. at indian Rocks Beach. casted netted bait, both pogies and ballyhoo. But the answer was not live bait per se, althought the ladyfish liked the ballyhoo . The anwer was bucktail jigs with small cut strips of pogies for - FLOUNDER! Yes, nice flounder and some sierra mackeral. I saw over 40 boat and no tarpon but the flounder were awesome.
