I can text...whatever.....say.."chickfila gainesville" to 466453 (google) and it will reply with any chickfila location's number and street address near gainesville...takes less than 30 seconds. Idiots..I'm not saying it's lazy, because I can't go calling anyone lazy. it's just ****, for lack of a better word.

People I always see struggling with voice commands are on Droid phones. The iPhone 4S is pretty dang accurate -- or maybe it's just that I don't talk with a country twang. In any event, I use the voice to text feature frequently while driving down I-4 --- when my eyes need to be on the road.

I find stuff by talking to my smart phone all the time. Works great. Voice recognition technology is pretty good and will only get better. It's here to stay. Eg - I'm out on my kayak and want to order take out lunch - I speak the restaurant name "Nicoles on the River" into my phone and up pops the phone number. I call, order, swing by and pick up lunch. Whats not to like?
