After a few years of kayak fishing St. Marks to St. Joseph, I'm getting ready to take the plunge and buy a boat. Suggestions?

A few questions should be asked. What are you going to use it for, offshore, inshore, family, size? What are you willing to pay? Are you mechanical, new or used? You do know what B.O.A.T. means right. Break out another thousand.
