I'm not a Canon user but I don't think the Mark III has actually been in the hands of anyone but a luck few pros and perhaps those attending the large international photo shows.
The briefing at the link says soon. And, you can download the manual on a click through link at the URL below.
The review at this URL claims the handling will be almost identical to the Mark II, with the expected improvement in low light performance and AF. I am sure Canon incorporated improvements for the video crowd. With respect to that I am sorry to see Canon does not include a way to over crank as 60 fps so slow-motion is not possible.
