II Chronicles 7:14
if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

You are targeting the wrong guy. Roy in his position makes policy as much as I do, and I don't. His job, like mine is to execute the policies established by NOAA's interpretation of the MSA through NMFS. He doesn't get to decide what that is. He is merely the local delegated authority.

Demanding he be replaced, will only result in another guy doing the same thing.

Any meaningful change necessary will have to be made at NOAA administrator and Secretary's level. If that happens , you will see a very noticeable change in Roy's behavior.

I have great respect for Mr. Crabtree's talent . I would like to see him execute better, more reasonable and defensible policies.

Craptree is a joke, in my opinion, a **** for sale, I heard him on NPR spouting off about ending overfishing, yeah what ajoke. How about trip limits for commercials? How about his monetary interests in the commercial fleet? I for one will be happy when hes finally exposed, discredited and hated. The current state of affiars is beyond sad,

The negative effect of the closure on coastal communites, paired with the insane fact that commercial sale and harvest is allowed to continue, leaves little room for interpretation, Recrational anglers are the target of noaa and we aint getting no help from that bilge sucker

Watch this vid. It really sums up my feelings well
