Every aspect of this travesty of a trial is more tragically comical than the next; a crazy-assed nymphomaniac defendant, an equally crazy family, a schizophrenic lawyer, who impeaches his own witnesses, a prosecuting team that can't make a definitive case and a judge who talks like Kingfish prosecuting even crazier studio audience members in the middle of it all.

If I was a Al-Qaeda, I would be circulating this in mosques as a justification for a Sharia legal system.

I loved when he asked if he could read. What was exceptional was his math skills. When Judge Perry asked him his annual income he said 14k-15k and then he asked him his monthly expenses and he said 1500. You do the math. I realize he is a server and doesn't claim all of his tips, but if he does make more than he shows on his taxes doesn't that purger himself? He deserves 6 days.
