I agree and never thought she'd get the death penalty in this case.

I think there are more than a dozen different charges against her and they can nail her on some of the others.

I saw one of those prison shows on tv where this chick took a highlighter marker, wrapped a couple sanitary napkins around it, stuffed it in a glove and went to town. Though they confiscated it and she went to solitary for 15 days, was quite ingenious.

I don't think tot mom will have any problems making new friends if she goes in.

I think she will not get the death penalty but will be convicted of 2 nd degree murder and will be sentenced to 30 years. This Judge doesn't play around as evidenced by his treatment of the punk today. Also, he is a former D.A. and they have a reputation for giving full time. I believe Judge Perry believes she is guilty as sin and will therefore jam her up on the years to be served.

I think they only proved the child is dead and was found in the woods by Kronk. Other then that they didn't prove a thing.They never tied her to the murder. Anyone in that house is a guilty as her with the evidence they presented .
She should be able to walk with time served on child neglect. if not our system is F-up . the news could have found this girl guilty before any court date .

FWIW . I have seen cases first hand with better evidence get thrown out for murder

Sure, like the OJ case where 75% of the jury (9 out of 12, for those of you in Old Town) were stupid, racist, inner city blacks. I guess it's possible that 75% of the Anthony jury are white party ho's. I just don't know. Hope not.
