Customize profile

Does anyone have any hints on how to customize my profile? I had a nice background, then tried to change it and I have'nt been able to get it back or any other. I clicked on my name at top of page , then "Customize my profile". Under "general" clicked on "page background" box. Then "use image", copied url from Photo Bucket, submit, then save. Worked the first time but never again!:huh . Have thread in "questions and tests", but moderator"Flash" seems to know less than I do. One thing I discovered is that If you want to view youre "page background", set all other backgrounds to "none", this will make them transparent!
