That was the caption under a painting that a friend of mine's room mate had on his wall in college - it always made me chuckle. I am happy!

I am in complete shock that Blair has decided he is better off hiding and not adressing any of this. As a leader of an orgnization i would never go underground when faced by unhappy customers. Man up and face the music.
